Neomile Asset Managers Private Limited operates its international fund-management platform through its branch at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The IFSC Branch forms part of the Neomile Group’s broader asset and investment-management platform and has been established to provide international investors with access to India-focused investment opportunities through the GIFT International Financial Services Centre.

The IFSC Branch is registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (“IFSCA”) as a Registered Fund Management Entity (Non-Retail) under the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025.

The FME is responsible for undertaking fund-management activities from GIFT IFSC in accordance with the applicable IFSCA regulations, the relevant fund documents and other applicable laws. Its investment objective is to achieve capital appreciation by investing in units of the Master Fund and/or Portfolio Entities, in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of its fund documents.

The Fund follows a sector-agnostic investment approach and evaluates investment opportunities based on their business fundamentals, growth potential, risk profile and prospects for long-term value creation.
